Black Desert Node War Attendance Tracker

Athena tracks node war attendance from the signups your members already make in Discord and from the scoreboards you upload after the war, so you can see who shows up without keeping a spreadsheet.

How to track node war attendance

  1. Run signups in Discord. Members press a group button on the roster. Tentative and absence lists record intent, and the bench catches overflow.
  2. Upload the scoreboard after the war. The scoreboard OCR gives you the players who were actually in the war.
  3. Read the attendance page. Each player's wars over time, so you can see who attends week after week.

What you can see

  • Attendance by player across wars.
  • Each player's wars from scoreboards, next to their signups.
  • War history to look back over weeks.

Athena does not currently take attendance automatically from Discord voice channels; attendance comes from signups and uploaded scoreboards.

Using attendance well

Attendance numbers are a conversation starter, not a verdict. People miss wars for real reasons, so look at the trend over several wars before acting on it. For roster structure see the roster guide.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track node war attendance in Black Desert?

Run signups with Athena in Discord, then upload the scoreboard after the war. Athena keeps every war in the guild history, so attendance for each player builds up war by war.

Does Athena track Discord voice channel attendance?

Not currently. Attendance comes from signups and uploaded scoreboards.

Can I see attendance over several weeks?

Yes. Every saved war is part of the guild history, so you can look at a player across wars.
