Black Desert Guild Manager Discord Bot
Athena is a free guild manager for Black Desert that lives in your Discord server and on the web. Officers create node wars and guild boss raids, members sign up with buttons, and Athena keeps the roster, the history and the stats.
What the Black Desert guild manager bot does
- Node war signups and rosters. Tier 1, 2 and 3 presets, weekday capacities, groups such as Mainball/FFA, Defense, Zerker and Shai, a bench that catches overflow, and tentative and absence lists. Rosters repost and refresh in your channel.
- Guild boss raids. Schedule guild boss raids (GBR) with role pings and signups.
- Custom events. Any guild activity with its own groups and times, in your time zone.
- Scoreboard OCR stats. Post node war scoreboard screenshots and get per-player stats. See scoreboard OCR.
- Attendance and war history. See who showed up, war by war. See attendance tracking.
- Kill map and logger. Seer (formerly Owl Logs) records kills and deaths on a map. See the node war logger.
- Alliance boards. Compare guilds in an alliance side by side.
- Fishing mini-game. A Black Desert fishing game for your server, for the quiet hours between wars.
Set up in a few minutes
- Invite the Athena bot to your Discord server (the bot's Discord name is Project Athena).
- Give the bot permission to view and send messages in the channel you want rosters in.
- Run
/set-nwchannelin that channel. - Run
/event create, pick tier, weekdays, time and roles, and confirm. The scheduler posts the roster with signup buttons when it is due. - Sign in with Discord on this site to manage events, stats and history from the web dashboard.
The step-by-step version is in the Discord bot setup guide, and every command is in the documentation.
Who it is for
Officers who run node wars from Discord and are tired of spreadsheets, and guilds that want honest numbers on who attends and who performs. It does not replace your shotcalling or your gear tracking; it handles signups, rosters and records.
